HOSI is managed by the owner and founder; Mr. Giuma ZEKRI, he is professional Administrator and possess more than 30 years of experience in Oil & Gas supply, services and liaison in Libya, he held various managerial positions as commercial manager and Contractor legal representative. Very versatile with international workers around the world  in Libya.
